Tips against thinning hair men
Let’s dive in. If your hair is thinning, do the following: 1: Wash your hair regularly with a mild shampoo. Avoid shampoos that contain chemicals such as sodium lauryl sulfate, which can make your hair dry and brittle. The shampoos from Vitaman, for example, in our shop are all based on natural ingredients and do not contain any of the above chemicals. 2: Pat your hair with a towel after shampooing. Don’t try to dry it the way you polish your shoes – hair is brittle when wet. 3: Take more vitamin A. This stimulates the healthy production of sebum in the scalp, which stimulates hair growth. Vitamin A is found in leafy green vegetables, orange and yellow vegetables, tomato products, fruits and some vegetable oils. 4: Take more vitamin E. This increases blood circulation in the scalp to keep hair follicles productive. Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils (such as wheat germ, sunflower, safflower, corn and soybean oils), nuts (such as almonds, peanuts and hazelnuts / hazelnuts) and seeds (such as sunflower seeds). 5: Increase your protein intake. Eating lean meat, fish, soy or other proteins promotes hair health and helps prevent hair loss. 6: Massage your scalp. Don’t just lather the shampoo and conditioner. Take the time to massage it into your scalp for a few minutes. It helps your hair follicles to stay active. 7: Drink 4-8 glasses of water every day. The hair shaft contains a quarter of water, so drinking enough water is essential for staying hydrated and for the growth of healthy hair.
