Our warehouse is centrally located in the middle of the Netherlands, near Utrecht. This provides us with good connections to the PostNL logistics network and enables us to deliver your order to you quickly and without concern.

Mencare offers 3 options regarding the shipping of your order in The Netherlands.

  1. €3,95 for orders that fit through the mailbox by means of an envelope. This is automatically calculated based on the size of the products ordered.
  2. €5,95 for packages that do not fit through the letterbox and are therefore sent by parcel service. This is automatically calculated based on the size of the products ordered.
  3. FREE SHIPPING for orders from €75 within the Netherlands

Place your order before 6pm on a working day, and we’ll prepare and send it out immediately. We deliver to the United Kingdom*, numerous EU destinations and many other countries around the world. We offer standard delivery and express delivery (check the table below for the full list).

*Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to the Isle of Man, Channel islands or Gibraltar yet.

Working days are Monday – Friday. Delivery time is determined in working days from date of dispatch. For example if an order is made Tuesday before 6pm, the 5th working day would be Tuesday next week.

What is the status of my delivery?

You can find all information about the delivery of your order in your track & trace code. The track & trace code can be found via:

  • Email from Mencare (“Your order has been dispatched”)
  • E-mail from Fedex/Hermes (“Your package is on its way”)
  • In your Mencare Account*

 Please be aware that your local courier should attempt to deliver at least 3 times unless there is an exception. 


 Please contact our customer service to receive further assistance if the following occurs:

  • You have not received your parcel after the delivery. 
  • Your track and trace status is not clear 
  • There has been no update in your track and trace status for 7 working days. 
What happens when I am not at home and my order will be delivered?

Are you unexpectedly not at home? No worries! PostNL, DHL & Hermes will try again on the next working day if the delivery is not successful.

Hermes can also leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor, which you can choose directly via their track and trace link. You can find this track and trace link on Fedex’s ‘View More Tracking’.

Then, once you’re in the tracking link, you can click ‘Change delivery options’ and confirm your postcode.

My parcel is returned, what will happen now?

We are sorry to hear that your parcel is currently on its way back to the warehouse. We will come back to you by email as soon as your parcel has been received back to our warehouse to inform you that a refund has been issued.

My parcel says it has been delivered, but I have not received it?

We are sorry to hear that your parcel has been stated as delivered but you have not received it.

If this states as delivered please click ‘View full tracking details’ like below and confirm your postcode.

Then click ‘View proof of delivery’ for photo evidence of where this package was placed and where the exact location of package was left. 

In this case if you still dispute the delivery, please contact our customer service to receive further assistance.

My package is damaged, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have received a damaged parcel! Please contact our customer service or via info@mencare.com with pictures of the issue and they will gladly help you further.
